While cleaning out my emails I came across an article a friend of mine sent me some time ago. The article talked about how Instructors have become the new DJ’s. Without sounding too full of my own damn self I have to agree. Not because I am the arbiter of impeccable taste when it comes to music but because I am always looking for what is new and fresh. In short it is my job to keep my people engaged, interested and always wanting more when it comes to their workouts and the best way to do that is by having the best tunes booming through the studio.
So without further adieu here is my playlist for March. Some songs are used in Pilates. Some in Zumba. Some for warm ups. Most are new but one is a little older worth another listen.
