The Ten Commandments

  1. Thou shall commit to at least 4 workout sessions a week.
  2. Thou shall avoid sugar as much as you can without hating your life.
  3. Thou shall try to eat organic foods as much as your wallet and convenience will allow.
  4. Thou shall take time off from exercise on a rainy or snowy day.
  5. Thou shall not kill yourself if you had too much a good thing.
  6. Thou shall take time off from you diet when you need to.
  7. Thou shall not judge another person’s fitness and diet regime if it is working for them.
  8. Thou shall not eat any chemically enhanced and processed foods.
  9. Thou shall get to bed early and rise early on days of penance.
  10. Thou shall not covet your neighbor’s body. Own your own.
